Supporting an inclusive organizational culture
We build the capacity of employees and volunteers through guidance of our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) unit that is empowered to mobilize across the division and is aligned with OSU’s plan for inclusive excellence. We also align with strong college-based strategic plans, DEI initiatives and performance metrics.
Embedding inclusive excellence in all facets at all levels
We include belonging, innovation or collaboration, and goals that explicitly address DEI and social justice in position descriptions, performance evaluations, program and unit strategic goals and plans of work.
Partnering with communities, external partners and internally
We foster collaboration and build capacity for innovation and impact through coalitions, shared positions, joint funding and other reciprocal, mutually beneficial arrangements.
