External Opportunities
The call for proposals is open for the 2025 Engagement Scholarship Consortium (ESC) Conference on Oct. 8-9 in Roanoke, Virginia. This year's conference theme is "Bridging Resources to Build Stronger Communities." Presentation proposals will be considered on any topic clearly connected to the advancement of community engagement. Learn more and submit a proposal. Proposals are due March 31. Oregon State University is a member of ESC.
The International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE) is holding its 25th Anniversary Conference in Durban, South Africa this August 13-15. Presentation proposals due February 10.
Michigan State University announces its Summer Intensive on Community-Engaged Scholarship for early career, tenure-track faculty and advanced graduate students. June 2-6, 2025, Kellogg Center, East Lansing, Michigan; $695 for non-MSU participants. APPLICATION DEADLINE: April 4, 2025.
